So, to put it simply i overclocked my cpu to 4.5 ghz but it goes over 4.5 ghz when im playing games. like this >f324af2741893076e7bde938a05577dc.png

So ye im really confused atm if i perhaps did too much voltage? i did 1.010 voltage atm should i lower it or up it perhaps?

Mine often runs at 4.698 or 4.701 when it's supposed to be clocked at 4.7. They never run at exact speeds due to the constant fluctuations. Completely normal.
