Hi! I am building a new workstatio to hopefully use 2 different applications. One of them us for a deep learning network that recommends GTX 1080Ti, RTC 2080Ti, or Titan XP and the other recommends these (in this order):

  • Nvidia Quadro GV100 32 GB [Volta]
  • Nvidia GeForce Titan V 12 GB [Volta]
  • Nvidia Quadro P6000 24 GB [Pascal]
  • Nvidia Quadro GP100 16 GB [Pascal]
  • Nvidia GeForce Titan XP 12 GB [Pascal]
  • Nvidia Quadro M6000 24 GB [Maxwell]
  • Nvidia Quadro M6000 12 GB [Maxwell]
  • Nvidia GeForce Titan Z 12 GB [Maxwell]
  • Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 8 GB [Pascal]

I dont have an unlimited budget but looking for mid grade just want to make sure both applications can be optimized as much as possible. Does anyone have any recommendations? I am new to all of this so building the workstation from sratch and it certainly seems like there are a lot of places I can go wrong so i appreciate the help/suggestions in advance!

The best all rounder in this list would be the Titan V then. It performs at 1080Ti level and has enough performance apparently for the quadro-like tasks.
