Different sized SSDs

Hey, do someone know why I have two same sized (480Gt) kingston UV 500 ssds. I have installed them exatly same time but still other one have 17 MB more usable space that the other one. At least windows says so.  Could someone smarter than me explain why?

Can you post a screenshot of the properties on both? i.e., go to File Explorer -> Computer -> Right Click on the drive -> Select "Properties"

 

Just curious to see what it really says.

if you have win10, do crtl + x

then click disk management and screenshot that

Is one formatted as GPT and the other as MBR? Both freshly wiped and clean? Or with data?
