FX 4350 VS Xeon X5650

Okay so I'm wanting to prove myself right to a friend who thinks they know everything. He's telling me that his AMD FX 4350 quad core is better than my Xeon X5650. his is watercooled, and clocked at 4.2Ghz, mine is also watercooled and clocked at 4.2 Ghz with an overclock. Mine has 6 cores, 12 threads, theirs has 4 cores, and 4 threads, I get about 965 cinebench score, and they get about 346 cinebench score. I am WELL aware that different workloads will change the outcome. But in YOUR opinion, which would you rather have out of the two? Which do YOU think is better?

Your friend is an idiot. Even with hyperthreading disabled, the Xeon will demolish the FX in every single way.

FX CPUs are some of the worst CPUs to date, and the 4000 series is the worst out of the FX CPUs.

I'm also pretty sure, that IF this was possible- that with 2 cores and hyperthreading disabled it would beat the FX
