I'm a noob, so please don't take this seriously, but is a cpu cooler necessary, isn't the stock one enough. Again, noob opinion

The stock is enough but you should be overclocking to get more performance. Plus, it's quieter.

The stock is enough but you should be overclocking to get more performance. Plus, it's quieter.

Is this build future-proof? I mean I want to be able to upgrade it down the road. Shouldn't the power supply have a bit more voltage, like 600W.

There's no such thing as future proof but the build is upgradable. The psu is plenty as is.
