Create another partition

Hello has anyone tried adding additional partition on your laptop HDD with windows 10 and put it in a external enclosure and use it as a external HDD, will the other PC recognize that partition i create?? planning to buy an enclosure rather than buying a new external HDD, wanted to use the other partition to play games on internet cafes :)))

Hope someone reply....

 

And another question which one is good RX 570 8GB (220USD) or GTX 1060 6GB(315USD)??
