X99 Overclocking Help

Specs

Asus Strix X99 Gaming

i7 6800k 3.4-3.6GHz

GSkill 32GB @ 3200 (8GB X4)

EVGA GTX 1080Ti SC2

 

I have overclocked before on another Asus X99 platform.

This computer I am trying to set my core multiplier to 4.1 and voltage to 1.35v

 

No matter what I set the offset to the overclock does not apply. However the voltage does change. I am using CPU-Z and AIDA64 to confirm CPU does boost to 3.6GHz and nothing more.

 

What am I missing here?
