Ram not running at advertised speed of 3200mhz, benchmar underperforming at 2133mhz

Notice how it recommends to enable the xmp profile in the bios, however I have checked and it is enabled. It also shows in the bios the target speed is indeed 3200mhz. My motherboard also supports up to 3200mhz. The ram wasn't cheap, so I'd like to get my money's worth. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

That makes sense, curious as to why the benchmark states it's underperforming at 2133mhz however.
