so a week and a half ago i installed a Intel octane pcie stick i had to remove the graphic card to be able to fit it in and it was working fine until yesterday i was playing hitman 2016 and it was crashing a lot sometimes blue screening my PC so i went in the bios and reset it then reabled  xmp and it was still crashing so i thought it might be hitman so i uninstalled it then i tried 3d mark and i went on google and it was crashing sometimes then i went on 3d mark did a stress test and it was suddenly fine i tried games chrome it was all working fine a have no idea what was causing the problem.

BSODs are caused by multitude of factors but in your case, it is the ram. disable the XMP.

that makes sence  and if it starts again i will disable it im just confused that it worked fine again all of a sudden
