I have a Samsung qled q6f with freesync connected to a built PC running Windows 10, ryzen 5 2600 and a powercolor red devil rx580. My problem is when i turn on freesync on the tv and then in AMD adrenaline the screen will blink on and off then lose signal saying resolution not supported, this happens when running games like battlefield 1 and other full screen games. It also happens when I right click and open the display setting in Windows in full screen. With freesync off everything runs great. Samsung checked the tv and said it's working fine and that it's either a Windows setting or the graphics card.

According to Turn this should be no issue. Are your drivers fully updated and are you overclocking anything?

I've done that for the last 4 days and they can't find anything wrong with the tv. They said it is either a Windows setting or it's my graphics card. But I hooked up my PC to a freesync monitor through dp and it worked fine. I'm lost here. Could it be my graphics card or a Windows thing I don't know. The other thing I could try later today is hook my friends PC who is also running an RX 580 to the tv and try and see if that works.
