No, I'm just trying to get this stick to work, I normally use a samsung 8gb stick and it works fine.

Are you talking about the DRAM Frequency showing as 1066Mhz in CPU-Z, but Task Manager showing Speed: 2133MHz?

It's because the DDR stands for Double Data Rate. You have to double the DRAM frequency to get the speed.

 

Edit: oh wait, nevermind. Task manager is only showing 4GB of available RAM and CPUz is showing 8GB. Did not even notice that.

I've seen this happen first hand with 7, not sure if still an issue with 10 but you could give it a go
