Help in buying a router

As in the title it says i need help buying a new router

This is the internet speed currently on my network

My current router is a D-Link DIR-524 ----------http://www.dlink.co.in/products/?pid=465

I am buying a new one because it lives in the living room which is at one end of my house and i need it have at least 60% signal and quite good speeds from the other end through 3-4 walls in my parents room.

There are a lot of wireless networks around my area since i live in a flat in Hong Kong

Price: Under $100 CAD

willing to pay more if it increases my performance by alot

was considering---

ASUS RT-N56U      

TP-LINK TL-WDR4300

D-Link DIR-655

Are they good or are there better options

that looks like a good router but why not get Wireless AC since you have a lot of networks around 5ghz would help and its future proof.

I dont think there are any under 100 but they are a good option if you are willing.
