So, my power bank can output 20v through it's USB c however when I plugged in a usb c to DC plugged device it dosent even recognize that there is a device on the other end. Does anyone know how I can force my power bank to output 20v or can I trick it to think that there is a device. Please let me know if you need any details and any help is appreciated!

In order for it to output 20V, you need to plug in an actual USB-device that tells it to output 20V, ie. it needs to be an active USB-device and not just a passive adapter.
