I would say go for something like a Athlon X4 750K and a R9 270.

Yep Go for this route, an apu and a graphics card is not very good value. Also what is the budget?

Sony Vaio Pro 13 CPU:Haswell Core i5 4200U RAM: 4 GB GPU: HD4400 Storage: SSD Pci-e 128GB (Its really fast), External 1TB Seagate Expansion Drive Weight: 1.06kg (made of carbon fiber)

Phone: Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (4.4.2 Omnirom)

That's a fine psu but you should go with a cheaper board if what you're going for a budget build.

There's no point getting an apu with the graphics card.

No case or psu?

board is fine, and if you're getting a dedicated gpu get the Athlon X4 750K, its the 6800k without the integrated gpu, and then maybe use that money for a SSD or a 270.

and its foolish to buy an older operating system, if you don't already have windows 7, buy windows 8.

This is a great value PC that doesn't make too many compromises in performance or looks, and you can always wait until items go on sale for the best deal possible.

This is Canadian Pricing btw so change the country in the top right corner of the page :)
