Uhh, pretty sure when you installed over it the second time the previous install was lost

It's gone. You're going to have to start fresh. 

 

Open Command Prompt in the installer and use the following commands:

diskpart
list disk 

Find which one is your main disk and select it. In my case, it will be disk 0

select disk 0
clean
create part pri
format fs=ntfs quick
assign
active
exit

Then exit Command prompt and install Windows as normal.

This is for Windows installations on another volume or partition. Not for the same partition.
