Okay so today I got Borderlands 2 on my PC and well after about 10 minutes of playing the campaign my computer crashes just randomly.

What sort of cooler are you using? How is the airflow in your case?

You can buy cooler now and then move it to new build. Most of coolers (except stock ones) are universal and fit for most of processors.

 

For example - Be Quiet Shadow Rock Slim compatibility list:
