No display, tried different gpus, igpu and different monitors and cables

I recently upgraded my gpu from my old R7 250 to a Gigabyte Gtx 1050 ti. My pc is booting up fine, fans are spinning, cpu fan is spinning, gpu fan is spinning but I'm getting no display. 

Things I've tried :
-Tried using different monitor 
- Tried using different cable (vga, hdmi, dvi) 
- Tried using both gpus 
- Tried integrated graphics 
- removed cmos battery for 5 mins 
- remove all peripherals 

Is this possibly a problem with my motherboard? 

BTW here are the specs 

i5 32(50?) Not sure but it is ivy bridge) 
Gigabyte H61m
Corsair vs450
4 GB DDR3

Have you tried removing the r7 250 drivers before swapping out cards?

You should run DDU (Display Driver Uninstall).

 

Though this most likely is not the issue, I would suggest testing the motherboard with a different CPU.

 

If the problem persists, it's 99% a motherboard issue.

wait so you get no display even on integrated graphics? 

 

did you remove the CMOS battery before or after you tested that? because when you tried the iGPU the BIOS might still be on the setting to display to a dGPU.

Yes, even the integrated graphics doesn't show any display. I tried the integrated graphics before and after removing the cmos battery.

have you tried reseating the ram and power connectors?

I have tried reseating the ram but not the connectors. I will try it first thing in the morning.

I removed everything and placed it back on. I cleaned everything as well. It all works now. Thanks.
