Experiences with Teksavvy?

I am thinking to switch to Teksavvy, thinking about buying their 25/10 300gb Dsl Service, I am coming from Bell with 25/25 125gb. Is Teksavvy a good ISP?

ah i can already see the "up to" and that is not a nice thing to see but i have no idea who they are so meh :L

If upload speed isn't that important to you, I would recommend Acanac, Their cable internet is amazing for the price and they truly offer unlimited bandwidth. Its true that their support isn't up to par with Teksavvy but once you get your internet setup, you rarely ever have to bother dealing with their customer service. Not to mention a lot of the issues people often experience are on the users end and if you're techsavvy (pun intended) enough. You don't even need to bother with the customer support. In fact i don't ever remember my internet going down in the 3 years I've had them. Also, don't worry about the rate throttling mentioned on the site, in reality, they don't actually enforce it. They simply mentioned it just to cover their backs in the future if they actually need to.

yes but now they can say well it said "up to" so we cant help you now that you are getting a 1/0.2 connection

I've read that most people get what they pay for or it is a little higher

You clearly know very little about DSL. Further away you are from the DSLAM, the slower it gets. Turns out your ISP can't control where you live.
