2200g run these games?

iLostMyXbox21

hi. me again ?

anywho, will the 2200g run these games...

with 1x8 3000mhz ddr4 RAM

or

with 2x8 3000mhz ddr4 RAM

arma 3

csgo (idk why i bother asking, i already know it will)

overwatch

pubg

fortnite (i think it will)

Roblox (this one is a joke, my crappy laptop runs it with no problem)

Rainbow Six Siege

until i can upgrade it to be much better, i will mostly be playing smaller games like Fortnite and CSGO, but also very small indie games from itch.io. i’m sure it will be able to run most games on Itch, but can it run (at least 30 fps, i don’t care about settings, as long as 3d resolution is maxed and it runs at 1080p) thanks

you can with dual channel 3000MHz memory. In minimum settings 1080p, it should be much closer to 60fps than 30fps

You can achieve 20-30 fps in Arma 3 at relatively HIGH settings in 1080p on a 2200G. It's pretty stable at 30 fps but when you aim down your sights and fire shots, that's when it dips into the 20's. Lowering your settings will let you gain more fps but at the expense of making the game not look so pretty. It's a 5 year old game so when lowering settings you definitely notice big differences in the graphics. At least I do anyway.

The game is completely playable either way in my opinion. The trick is to free up your RAM that is on standby(shown in your resource monitor in your task manager) before you load up the game if you are using just 8GB of RAM. This also works for pretty much any game. A valuable trick for CPU intensive games especially. BF1 being another great game to do it in.

If you want to know how to actually free up your standby RAM, I forgot to let you know, you just install Process Hacker. Open it up, click on System Information. Then click on More, then Empty, then Empty Standby List. Seems tedious but VERY easy and becomes VERY natural after doing it just a few times. And don't let the name Process Hacker scare you. It's a very trusted and beneficial program. And it does a lot of other things.
