Motherboard standoffs question

I have a fractal design define R6 and it has 8 standoffs installed plus one rubber standoff in the middle, (which doesn't have a screw hole). 

My motherboard has 10 standoff screw holes. 

Is the rubber standoff safe? Would I need to replace it with a normal standoff?

It is safe and I"d use more if you could find them.
