I just installed my new cpu air cooler "GAMMAXX GT RGB" and im getting 50-58 degrees when playing CSGO and AC:Origins while the stock cooler im having 63-65 degrees sometimes it reached 70 degrees, am i reaching the potential of my GAMMAXX GT? by the way no overclock on that degrees

Sounds pretty normal for a DeepCool product.Especially one who's main attraction is RGB and not really the cooling potential. It'll be better than a stock cooler but wont give you the performance of a 212 Evo or a Cryorig. This is mainly due to the heat pipes being seperated by the base plate. That base plate is going to hold in a lot of heat that wont be transferred to the fins any time soon.

With a locked multiplier CPU, I wouldn't worry about 70 degree temperatures.

If you have thermal paste left over, you could try applying less or more to see if that leads to better results, but I'd say you're fine.

http://www.deepcool.com/product/cpucooler/2017-06/7_6732.shtml

Scroll down and you'll see an image of the cooler and the part of the cooler that actually makes contact with the CPU. See how the copper heat pipes are separated by the aluminum plate that actually holds down the cooler to the motherboard? That plate is holding in heat that isn't going to the heatpipes.

Now compare that to a Hyper 212 Evo

See how the same heat pipes join together where they touch the CPU? That's a superior design that cools better.
