GPU not working

From last few days, my mouse was double clicking and I was very annoyed so I just tried plugged it out and plugged in my old mouse, when suddenly the screen freezed. So I pressed reset button and then when system restarted there was no display. The system was on as Power and HDD LED were on. I also noticed that fan of my GPU Gigabyte GTX 950 OC edition is not spinning. I switched the HDMI cable to motherboard plug and still there was no display, but after some time came up. After I restarted the display was blank for sometime on both the ports and it worked on motherboard. I don't know how to troubleshoot this!!

Pull out the gfx card, use the built in one.

If you get signal, then shut the system down and plug in gfx card. Try again with monitor plugged into gfx card. See what happens

Check in the bios if the card is detected, then check if the driver in device manager is still there while plugged in.
