Is there a good software that will allow you to create custom fan curves. On my computer I just installed a new cooler and the fans are unnecessairaly loud. (I have checked the temps) I have an asrock extreeme 3 motherboard and i'm able to manually change the fan speed using this program, but I'm not sure if it can do can curves like on some graphics cards overclocking software.

 

I want something with a simple interface where I can drag a line up or down.

This is my opinion, it doesn't mean I'm right and is liable to change at any time. I may offend of which I apologize in advance.
