Computer wont boot, not getting to post

Help urgently needed, computer doesn't get to post when turning on, get a VGA light, indicating graphics card issues, seems to be random whether or not it boots but if I get it to boot it will boot many times then it won't and it won't boot many times, I also need to have my TV off before powering my PC, hardware wise there should be no issues as when it boots everything runs fine. help

What are your specs?

 

If there's a GPU problem, try either your iGPU(if you have one) or a different GPU as well as another PCIe slot.

Ryzen 5 1600x so no iGPU, GTX 1080, X470 Aurus ultra gaming mobo, Corsair Vengance LPX 16GB, 750w corsair CX750 PSU @Crunchy Dragon
