so i was wondering how would i know if i am buying a ES or QS cpu?

the stepping is 2 and the revision is m0, i am not really able to find much information about these processors online and was wondering if someone might know about this
here is a copy of the screenshot in question
Intel-Xeon-E5-1680-V3-QS-3-2GHz-8Core-20MB-140W-M0-22nm-16Threads-LGA2011-3

frankly i dont care if im not supposed to be buying an ES/QS cpu, i know my board supports QS cpus and i just want to make sure this is a QS cpu before dropping the money on it as its is significantly cheaper for me to buy this over a i7 5960x and its unlocked(the 16xx series xeons are unlocked from what i read)

it says (ES)

they all say ES, from what i have read you are supposed to identify ES and QS cpus by the stepping and revision i just dont know what stepping revisions are what(IE if stepping revision 2 is a QS sample while stepping revision 1 is ES)
