uh, try going into the steam folder. C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steam.exe see if the application is in there.

I just logged onto my computer and went to open steam form the icon on my taskbar nad i was gone then i searched it and the only thing under steam was "steam support center" what do i do?
