Laptop Issue

Hey there I was hoping someone here would be able to help me out. I'm trying to sort out an issue with my girlfriends laptop it seems to be under performing my desktop even though the spec of it is better than mine.  I was wondering if you guys and gals have any information that may help me figure out why this is.

 

Her Specs CPU: Intel I7 6700K 4 GHz, Memory: 32gb (1063 MHz) according to speccy and a GTX 1080

My Specs CPU: Intel I7 6700K 4 GHz, Memory: 32gb (1071 MHz) according to speccy and a Gtx 1060

 

I seem to be able to play most games on high/ultra were as she is having issues running medium to high settings. Thanks for reading and hope someone can help out.
