Help me please

I just need help figuring out how pcs work in general at this point i got a pc from family and i havent been on a pc for 4-5 years and i cant figure out anything like how to download on other drives and why the other drive is "read only" Like i just want to play fo4 and mod it but nothing works on my pc anymore besides a few games and chrome cause i tried moving everything to the other disk

considering the extremely diverse cry of help this is, you're gonna be a lot better off googling your specific conundrums, especially because the question "how do PCs work" is waaaay too vague.

 

in terms of the read only issue, is it windows 7 or windows 10?

To get your games on other drives, you have to install them onto other drives, and if you're using steam, there'll be a drop down menu for it.

Its a windows 10 pc and i just want to make it so my drive isnt read only cause apparently thats the root of all my problems
