Two same Rams have different physical sizes.

I have two same DDR3 Kingston Rams (Dual Rank) of same Brand and Model, which have different 'physical sizes'.

If i use those, do they create any performance issue ?

One of them is low profile meant to make cooler installatian easier, shouldn't affect performance though.

If you're trying to build something in a very tight enclosure that requires a very low profile CPU cooler which overhangs the memory slots it can be useful. Otherwise it should behave the same and work the same with it's taller variant.
