Best €600-700 System?

Hello All.

I'm looking for a decent rig that can play recent games like R6, GTA V (Suppose It's not so new), Fortnite (Don't Judge) and others.

It also needs to be able to run Unity 3D. Somewhere in the 6 to 7 hundred euro range. It can be a laptop, prebuilt desktop or parts to build one.

Anyone got an ideas?

Probably looking at an R5 2600 + RX 570/580
