Laptop not using its full potential *help*

Hi guys i got a Dell G5 5587 with Intel core i5 8300H 2.3-3.8Ghz, 8Gbs of ram 2666mhz, GPU: 1050ti 4gb

and the games i play low or high are doing the same FPS cap. also having FPS drops in games frequently.

now so far i have configure everything i could of dug up the internet: Nvidia control panel- i changed to Nvidia high performance with maximum energy, best performance for windows 10, high performance power settings.

all of this and only a little that it helped.

example: the FPS is high out of a mission

Don't use Task Manager to measure GPU usage, use something like Afterburner with the RivaTuner Statistics Server to see what it's actually at in game.

your cpu doesn't have anymore to give , so yeah  , do something that loads the cpu less

in a mission it isnt 100%, i uploaded new pics ^^

nothing dude, only playing Warframe, you can see task manager picture up top^^
