I'm currently  Building APC and I want to hear your opinions on what graphics card to get. I will be using and HDR monitor so the 20 series might be worth it.  I was also thinking about getting a 1080 TI or two used 1070 TIs and running them in SLI.  I have a budget of 600-800 dollars.

i would recommend against SLI.  unless you know for a fact that the games you are playing support it well, which they likely dont unless you are super addicted to ashes or RotTR.

I would go with a used 1080ti.  the 20 series isnt really worth it for the price IMO.  the ray tracing is the big feature, but there are literally 3 games that would support it currently.

I personally would be heavily leaning towards a used 1080ti in your situation as websites, such as eBay and Craigslist, are filled with people trying to offload them as they seek to purchase a card from the new series.

In my opinion, when purchasing a GPU for a new system the only time one should ever consider a dual GPU setup is if you are already purchasing the top tier card and are drowning in money, or require it for payed work, etc.
