Hello. I have cPanel email addresses for my website that I need to give out to staff but I am unable to find a client for it.

Does anyone know of a client that does all the following:

-Can Access In The Browser (Would be nice, but not needed)

-Allows ANY email address

-Free

Thanks,

Thanks,

You could set up one of the following:

  1. Roundcube
  2. SquirrelMail
  3. Rainloops

Or you could ask your staff to download thunderbird and then pop3 or imap the accounts to the thunderbird client.

Do you want email client or webmail client?

Email clients that works nice:

eM Client (free for 2 accounts)

Opera Mail

If you want paid and complicated: TheBat

If you want email client that runs slow: Thunderbird

If you want something extreme: Pegasus Mail (and two weeks to configure).

If you want to be oldschool: Sylpheed

You have few more options if IMAP is the only protocol, but basically there is no really good email client without annoying bugs right now.

I probably tested all email clients including discontinued ones. I'm using TheBat but is not a program that I would recommend to anyone without lot of patience. Mostly I recommend Opera Mail (even if no longer updated, what is not so important because emails basically stay in previous era) or eM Client, but even those have bugs. For example - eM Client can't find mail by attachment's name and if you need bottom posting for some reason - there is not possible to configure it that way.

Good luck anyway.
