Gtx 460 partialy working

my gtx 460 will sometimes not run at boot i updated the driver and my Intel graphics had a brain fart yesterday after playing minecraft and this is a new pc.oot 

part of the time it works but if you leave it off it would not display an i had to use my intel graphics.

gtx 460

4gb ram 

watercooled 

asus z370h gaming

Honestly, there's a high chance that the iGPU will be better than that card. How and why do you have a GTX 460 and a bloody 8700k?

no, the gtx 460 is a lot better than the iGPU.

the reason i have the 460 and the i7-8700k is that my computer is new and i spent a lot of money and time getting it. currently  getting more ram the video card was my brothers who is lending it to me for right now i know its a poor matchup but im working on a 2080 or 2070. 

 

but why when my computer goes to sleep it wont recognize the card after its already working
