Damn, connect your GPU!

It's buzzer from graphics card that alarms you that you don't connect power to it!

So I’m all excited about my first build get it plugged it, turn it on, and all my excitement is ruined because a loud squeal is coming from my computer so I start to unplugg parts one by one and it turns out that it’s my graphics card. What can I do to fix it I’ll put a vid of the squeal in case that helps
