Instagram Account Not Working

Hi, so i have 3 Instagram accounts. One was opened this year and two were open 2 years ago. The account that I opened this year has some major problem, that it misses some functionality such as uploading photo to Instagram Story when the photo or video is taken after 24hours. And when i want to upload the video , i cant edit or  trim the video. It is giving massive headache to me. And when i use the 2 old instagram accounts, the functions works fine. I want to solve and know what is the problem. Thanks guys, i know you guys know the answer and the solution
