so just as a cool test i put my GTX 1050 in ym system along with my 780Ti, and set the 1050 for physx.

although in Overwatch it didn't do anything.

so i then looked up the supported games list, and found this list: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_games_with_hardware-accelerated_PhysX_support

i didn't realise the list of games was that small. but, Life is Strange is on the list, so i played about 30 minutes but my 1050 only got a max of 1% usage... i monitored it with open hardware monitor.

so is it just not working? because Life is Strange is on the list...

Wait what.. ? You put along 780Ti with 1050 ? Like how side by side, or you connected them with sli (1050ti don't support SLI) ?
Could you re-phrase your question again ?

the 1050 is set as the physx card.

if you don't know what physx even is, watch this:

i don't own those or feel a need to play them. i guess i'll just disable physx then.
