Windows messed up moving windows around

Go to solution Solved by colonel_mortis,

Press start -> Adjust the appearance and performance of windows (start typing it and it should appear) -> adjust to best appearance -> apply/ok

Or follow the steps and make sure the "Show window contents while dragging" box is checked. If not, check it, but if it is, uncheck it, apply, then check it again.

Hey guys! I was using my PC just fine when this happened:post-17166-0-96626300-1388846287.png

Now I get this ugly effect when moving windows around. I've experienced this in the past but the only way I was able to solve it is by re-installing windows. I'm sure there is an easier way to fix this. Can anyone help me?
