Hi I'd like to build my first rig this month it'll be used for playing at high refresh rate 1080p (though I'm fine with 60 hz) ultra in 2019 (though might upgrade to something new in late 2019 if and will have a good free sync gpu) , I'll play mostly AAA games RTS games and use Linux

Will this pc suffice?

Also guys for 1080p60 (maybe mor) ultra in 2019 is the 1070ti okay?

1080p 60fps the 1070ti will do the job, however, the monitor you selected is 144hz. You likely will not utilize the 144hz in games with a 1070ti so you could save some money there if you wanted. You may also look into a Corsair CS or RMX PSU also. I don't know much about the one you selected, but I've seen others on the forum say the Seasonic Focus isn't all that great. Haven't look into that much though.

why would you limit a GTX 1070 Ti to a 60hz panel? it doesn't make any sense, it will do above 60 FPS on all games, whether it will reach 144 FPS or not is really dependent on the game, but it doesn't have to.

it'll work, but get a 2600 and overclock instead of the 2600x and a cheaper MSI B450-A pro.
