What harddrive do you use?

Do a virus scan with malwarebytes or something.

I use a Seagate barracuda 7200 rpm 1 tb

Love those drives. Really reliable.

I used "Defraggler" to check for hard drive faults once, as it turns out the drive actually had broken sectors. This wasn't really a huge tragedy since the drive has a couple of backup sectors to use in this situation but that meant the drive was not trustworthy to use on long term.

That pc was also having the same symptoms as yours.

I'd recommend downloading Defraggler from the official website to check your drive status.
