Problem with my Lenovo E540

Hello Community, I'm very new so I hope I did everything right regarding the topics etc..

So my problem. I have a Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E540 with an i7-4712MQ / Hybrid solution HDD 1TB/8GB SSD Bought April 2015.

The first year the Laptop worked just perfect.

Very fast and quiet.

Just after a year problems with my HDD began with a HDD-crash and are after a new setup ongoing. Slow, sleeping, and so on. The hybrid effect seems not working. That's the first problem.

Now the second problem. After shutting down - the BIOS doesn't start. A few months ago I had to do the trick with the power button 30 sec, this doesn't help anymore. Now it only starts after the BIOS Battery unplugging-routine. Every single time.

What is the answer from Lenovo? There are obviously two hardware problems. Or is it just one problem?

Does it help to exchange the HDD to a SSD?

Battery is ok. 

 

So, hopefully someone can help me competently.

Already did that (sry, I forgot to mention that). Didn't work either.
