Hey all. I need to replace my monitor as it is on it's last legs. I want something that is (New NOT used/refurbished) 1080p 27 inches VESA compatible and has a high refresh rate (100+). my budget is 300 dollars max. I was thinking of getting this ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074JLD4HZ/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_2?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1 ), but i'm open to suggestions if you have any. Amazon (US) is preferred.

I don't know which is the best, but I can tell you which one to not-buy. Don't buy the Asus VG248 or VG248QE. I've had two and they both went faulty in a very short amount of time.

The first one started showing these weird streaks that looked like liquid got under the panel (I can assure you I did not spill upwards toward my monitor), and the second one I got through warranty replacement has unbelievably bad backlight uniformity (there's a giant dark splotch on the right side of the screen, immediately followed by a bright splotch), a pixel stuck on green, and a dead pixel.

I had the first one for just shy of a year, and I had the second one around a month before it started showing issues.

The VG248 is crap.
