Is mining still worth it?

If I used my old parts is it still worth mining? 

I5 4690K, ddr3 16gb kingston fury, R9 280 3gb

So sell the parts?

I have someone that ffering

$90 for the cpu

$80 for the gpu

$20 for the ram

If you need to heat your room using electricity during the winter (like I do), by all means mine whenever it gets cold.  At least you'll make some of your electricity cost back. 

Don't expect to make a profit though.  I'm not breaking even when running my 1070s, so I wouldn't hold my breath on a 280.

Those sounds like reasonable offers. You might be able to get more for the GPU, but its unlikely
