Please suggest if MOBO is a good choice or I should go for smth else (its already expensive so if else not the one that cost more) and if I should change cooler to some beginner level AIO or stick with this?

wouldn't buy the cheapest 500GB SSD, get something from like WD/Samsung/Crucial, and go M.2 if possible, way more convenient

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Lithuania
all mobo prices here overprices compared to amazon or whatever else

same goes for coolers this one even pretty cheap compared to noctua for example (20 eur cheaper)

and thats not the cheapest one its similar to crusial but better quality just a new brand which is not that known, and m2 is muuuch muuuch more expensive so will stick with that one.

nevermind, didn't realize it was a dual tower cooler

What's the website?

What's the price difference on higher end X370 boards, or any X470 board?

I wouldnt go for x370 as shop representative said " we dont know which one got new BIOS and wont test it coz pack will be opened and we wouldnt be able to sell it then for a full price" that why Im going for either b450 or some cheap x470 (Im more on b450 coz cheap x470 wont be better at most cases)

That B450 board is on the higher end for sure, but basically every X470 board is on par or better

But what I'd suggest you do is live with the stock cooler for now and buy the X370 Crosshair VI Wifi(only 3 EUR more) or just a solid X470 board

Crosshair VI is 225 , it can flash it's bios without a CPU so you can update it if needed and recover if ever needed, and then you have a top tier VRM until the end of AM4 basically. They might release 12 or 16 core CPUs on AM4 at some point as well, not sure just yet.

Not entire needed, but surely nice to have.

Not sure how the X470 strix compares to the X370 hero VI VRM or feature wise

So as I said I cant got for x370 as there is no way to know if BIOS is updated or not even seller doesnt know...

Here what I got now, but I checked reviews of stock cooler for 2700 its kinda crappy and it wont even go to 4.1 with that boost :/

The stock cooler is fine, I'm sure you'll upgrade it eventually. If you're into overclocking having the higher end board is going to let you do a lot more tweaking in general.

Again not needed, but I'd give up a fancy cooler for a few weeks/months to have the better motherboard which you'll likely have for years.

*The Crosshair VII isn't going to be worth the price over the VI, plenty of X470 boards around that price with comparable VRMs

The gaming ultra is under the "fine" category, will work fine for a mild OC, but if you're trying to do 4.4ghz all core the VRM may become an issue on the 8 core

definitely would go for 4.4 as I would need a huge powerful AIO for that dark rock pro 4 wont fit for it would go for 4.1 max 4.2

EDIT------

Basically to flash bios I can just write that bios file on drive now (on any other pc) and then drop in 2700 in any x370 plug in flash and hit bios button and I wont need older processor or smth to do it ?

The CPU doesn't even have to be installed, that's what USB Bios Flashing is for

The video explains it all doesn't it? you don't boot the system to flash the bios.

There's probably a specific USB port you need to use, and specific name you have to give the file, as the instructions said.
