How do you transfer Windows 10 from a HDD to an SSD?

Reido

I have just bought myself this SSD: https://www.amazon.co.uk/SanDisk-PLUS-Sata-Inch-Internal/dp/B01F9G46Q8/ref=sr_1_12?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1537557732&sr=1-12&keywords=ssd and I was wondering if there is a way to transfer my OS onto it so that it will boot quicker. My HDD is 2TB in size and about 1.5 of that is used. Do I need to reinstall Windows entirely? What is the least stressful way to do that?

Id personally do a fresh install on the SSD, if they were the same size, you could clone from one drive to the other.

Fresh clean install is definitely the better solution to this one i think.
