Best GTX 1080 - low budget

I'm finally update my GPU, i have my sights in a 1080 but there are too many choises so i have some questions.

 

1. Are the Blower type cards so bad? Like i like how the MSI GeForce GTX 1080 Aero 8G OC looks but i'm a bit afraid

2 Do you recommend any GPU with the max price of 550-600 ?

1. yes, it could be handy in tiny cases but in a large case the core temperature of the GPU will be higher than those multi fan Graphics Card
