Nope. Your PC needs to authenticate to the domain controller before it's allowed to connect to its resources. If your system isn't trusted, you're locked out from the network resources behind the DC. 

 

Can't be done without admin credentials.

If you click cancel, you should get the option to click "other user". If not, the machine isn't domain joined, so you can't do that yet until you do.

Ask your IT department. They'll join the machine to the domain for you. Without the domain admin credentials and knowing how the domain is setup, I can't help you with that ;) so if you don't know those details, either. Let your administrator take care of it.
