How can I preorder/order a fifa 19 code for origin or other ?

Does it matter if I get a code from a usa location and use it in europe ?

Take your Fifa 18 and cross out the 8 and add a nine.

 

Serious answer no you can't use a American code in europe, I know from experience and if you really want to preorder fifa 19, which I'd say please don't, then just give it a google

Go to Origin and see if they offer a pre-order in your region. Also, please don't pre-order games from AAA companies.
