sounds dead to me

sounds like the GPU is over heating so it tells the fans to go full speed to try and cool it down

with the age of the card have you ever replaced the Thermal compound on the GPU chip? as it could be old and crusty now so not delivering heat transfer any more

Remove card.

Remove fan and heatsink.

Install new thermal paste.

Reassemble.

If that does not fix it. Try the card in another computer. If it works, your power supply or motherboard is toast.

ive done everything no display idk why

I don't know where you're from but a 750 TI isn't too much weaker than your 570, and it'll consume a lot less power. They're like 50 euro or less on eBay. If you're afraid of getting scammed, I think OzTalks made a video about a good value legit one.

What are the rest of your specs? It might make more sense to just buy a whole new computer.

As long as you're not on FX it should be alright. Is bargain-basement quality, or actually from a good brand? It shouldn't bottleneck the 750 TI, at least not any more than it did your 570.

EDIT: A 960 or 760-770 is also usually a pretty good value when buying locally.

Well if you don't have any other card that you can try or someone can lend to you, buy a 100$ one. You can get GTX670/GTX750Ti/GTX760 for around this price and it will be boost from your 570. They need less power too, so it's going to ease your PSU.

No giveaways. I think there's a reddit community for trading used hardware, but I don't see what you'd trade with.
