Like I said in the post you quoted :P

Overclocked

Need to check my eyes  Seriously though you should check for cpu throttling as that board and an overclocked 8 core isn't a good match. You could do it a big favour by cable tying a fan over the vrm area. That would help if the temps were getting too high.

It doesn't throttle, lol. I've tested with cinebench, and keep an eye on the thermals and clocks while streaming and pulling BD rips for my media server.

Nothing is perfect. Even the one, that u HV suggested has issues. Otherwise it would have 100% efficiency.

Also, there's no prob with b450m pro4. It's one of the best b450 mobos out there.

You may want to learn about electrical efficiency in psu. 100% efficiency is theoretically not possible. Even if it was, efficiency has little to do with psu component, build, and output quality.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Ik that there cannot be any device with 100% efficiency. It's against the law of conservation of energy.

I do agree, 80+ efficiency ratings certify electrical efficiency, not quality.

Also, @lee32uk stop bragging about OCP when u know that the guy is on a strict budget. Supernova g3 is a good psu, that's it.

How am I bragging exactly ?

Also if the guy is on a strict budget, then maybe don't suggest a more expensive psu.

I usually suggest masterwatt 550 fr budget builds. But it was unavailable at that moment. Also, I rarely suggest cxm series psus.

Also, I shaved off $50 from his existing build. That should be noted.

Why don't you suggest CXM psu's ? They are perfectly fine especially for a lower end build.
